INTERNSHIPS

 

 

RESOLUTE PRODUCTIONS

is proud to announce a joint venture between

L.A.’s UPRIGHT CABARET and BROADWAYWORLD.COM

 

There are currently internship opportunities available in the following areas:

 

·      PRODUCTION & OFFICE ASSISTANTS

Working in the office throughout the week and on production nights at various venues; general production duties; office/administrative; errands; some promotional activities; interface between different departments

 

·      MARKETING & PROMOTIONS ASSISTANTS

Working with the promotions team on various projects; working with a street team on marketing at local theatres and venues; help strategize promotional activities; help draft and submit press releases; maintain accuracy of info on all websites; assisting with weekly newsletter; opportunities to show skills in graphic design and web design

 

·      WRITERS & JOURNALISTS

Opportunities to write about West Coast theatre scene and community; possibility of interviewing performers, directors, producers; help with broadband series; help write for Broadway World interviews; draft press releases; some marketing and promotional activities

 

·      TECHNICAL ASSISTANTS

Work with Upright’s technical director and production manager in a variety of areas including live sound, recorded sound and lighting design

 

·      VIDEO PRODUCTION ASSISTANTS

Work with seasoned production staff on a variety of video projects including a weekly web series and video segments for Broadway World and Upright Cabaret; shooting; lighting; editing; archival footage of shows
